American Jereh International Corporation is part of Jereh Group, a global provider of oilfield equipment, integrated energy solutions, aftermarket support, and field-focused service capabilities. Our North American business supports operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service providers, and industrial energy customers with equipment and solutions for frac operations, electric frac systems, turbine-driven power applications, coiled tubing, cementing, flowline products, pumps, spare parts, refurbishment, and after-sales support. We are expanding our commercial presence in North America and are looking for an Account Manager who can grow customer relationships, identify equipment and aftermarket opportunities, and convert technical sales conversations into revenue. Position Summary This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who understands oilfield equipment, field urgency, account ownership, and long-term customer development. The Account Manager will be responsible for growing American Jereh’s equipment, spare parts, service, and aftermarket business across assigned accounts and target customers. This person will work directly with E&P operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service providers, procurement teams, operations leaders, maintenance teams, and engineering stakeholders. This is not a passive account maintenance role. It is a growth-focused position for someone who can build a pipeline, develop customer relationships, stay close to the field, and help position American Jereh as a stronger equipment and aftermarket partner in the North American oilfield market. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned customer accounts across American Jereh’s oilfield equipment, spare parts, service, refurbishment, and aftermarket support offerings. Develop new business with E&P operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service providers, industrial energy customers, and equipment users across the North American market. Sell and support product lines that may include frac equipment, electric frac systems, turbine-driven frac equipment, pumps, cementing equipment, coiled tubing equipment, flowline products, high‑pressure iron, wellhead equipment, spare parts, and field support solutions. Build customer relationships with procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership stakeholders. Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding customer equipment needs, field conditions, technical requirements, delivery timelines, service expectations, and commercial decision drivers. Identify cross‑sell opportunities tied to installed equipment, spare parts demand, service needs, refurbishment work, and long‑term account development. Develop quotations, proposals, pricing recommendations, account strategies, and customer follow‑up plans that support revenue and margin targets. Coordinate with internal product, service, operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and properly supported. Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity pipeline, customer notes, quote status, forecasted revenue, and follow‑up actions. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, business reviews, facility meetings, and field‑related discussions as needed. Respond to customer needs with urgency and coordinate internal support to protect customer satisfaction, account retention, and future sales opportunities. Represent American Jereh at customer meetings, trade shows, product demonstrations, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen commercial relationships. Track customer buying trends, competitor activity, pricing pressure, equipment replacement cycles, and market opportunities within assigned accounts and territory. Deliver assigned revenue, margin, pipeline, customer development, and account growth targets. Required Qualifications 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in oilfield equipment, pressure pumping equipment, industrial equipment, energy services, power generation, or related technical product lines. Experience selling to E&P operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service providers, upstream energy customers, or industrial equipment buyers. Experience managing technical sales opportunities from prospecting through quote, proposal, negotiation, close, and post‑sale support. Working knowledge of oilfield equipment sales cycles, customer decision‑making, field operations, quotations, pricing, and customer follow‑up. Ability to communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders, including procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams. Strong account planning, pipeline management, negotiation, and customer development capability. Experience using Salesforce or another CRM to track customer activity, sales pipeline, forecasts, quotes, and follow‑up actions. Ability and willingness to travel for customer visits, field meetings, trade shows, and business development activity as required. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Experience with frac equipment, electric frac systems, turbine‑driven equipment, pumps, cementing equipment, coiled tubing equipment, flowline products, high‑pressure iron, wellhead equipment, spare parts, refurbishment, or aftermarket service sales. Existing relationships with pressure pumping companies, service companies, E&P operators, or upstream equipment buyers. Experience growing revenue through installed‑base account development, spare parts sales, refurbishment opportunities, field service needs, or equipment replacement cycles. Understanding of shale operations, pressure pumping applications, equipment maintenance, and field reliability expectations.
