Is empowered to use judgment in the decision-making process within their sphere of activity.**\*\*This is a part time position\*\******The hours are 10:30 am to 7 pm (weekdays) or 8:30 AM - 4 PM (weekend), three-days a week, every other weekend.*****Education & Experience:**Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or Doctor of Pharmacy).Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration is required.Minimum three years' experience as a pharmacist in Hospital Pharmacy with accepted standards of practice.PharmD or MS degree and/or completion of Pharmacy Residency Program may be used as a substitute for some experience.Maintains professional competence through participation in continuing education programs and review of periodical literature.Maintains and provides proof of 15 Continuing Education credits each year.Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
