BitCense is building custom infrastructure for real estate tokenization—not SaaS, not plug-and-play. We partner with forward-thinking real estate professionals to launch tailored platforms that give them full control over how assets are structured, tokenized, and managed. This is an equity-only role with a revenue-sharing component. You’ll be a core part of shaping the direction of the company while overseeing how projects are executed—from early planning through delivery. We already have strong technical vendors and legal partners in place—you’ll ensure alignment across all stakeholders and act as the point person between our clients, dev teams, and internal leadership. This is not a hands-on development role. You’ll coordinate with experienced third-party development teams, ensuring timelines, scopes, and deliverables stay aligned with client goals and platform requirements. While you won’t be writing code yourself, you’ll need to understand the technical architecture well enough to guide discussions, flag issues, and keep projects on track. What’s Already in Place: Core founding team with deep experience in real estate, tech, and tokenization Vetted development partners and a structured delivery process Established legal strategy and compliance support Equity-based comp + defined revenue-sharing model What You’ll Do: Lead the execution of tokenization platform builds Translate client needs into clear technical requirements Manage external vendor timelines and deliverables Coordinate across clients, developers, and legal/compliance teams Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the early leadership group Vet and recommend new vendors as we scale Experience working with or managing external development teams Familiarity with tokenization workflows, blockchain infrastructure, and investor platforms Strong communication and project oversight skills (technical + client-facing) Startup mindset: high trust, high initiative, and comfort with ambiguity This is a remote , equity-based role with long-term upside through shared revenue participation . You’ll be building something real, with clients, from the ground up—and helping define the infrastructure that moves real estate into the tokenized era.
