Cottage Life Supervisor - Evenings

Campus Supervisor

The Campus Supervisor is responsible for the safe and therapeutic implementation of the model of care in their assigned cottage. They ensure the cottage adheres to KVC's treatment model, standards, and expectations, creating a safe and therapeutic environment. Additionally, they ensure resources and services are available for clients as outlined in their plans and that all milieu documentation is completed promptly and professionally. The role also involves the selection, supervision, evaluation, and development of Behavior Health Technicians (BHT) and transportation staff.

Education: Equivalent combination of years of college education and direct care experience within a behavioral population

Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field – Required for St. Louis Intensive Behavior Program

Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
