Positive Change Counseling Center (PCCC) in California is actively hiring Licensed Psychologists, LMFTs, LCSWs and LPCCs to join our growing team! Licensed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5–6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week required
• Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly
• $40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists
• $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists
• Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits

Requirements

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California (Active & Registered with BBS/BOP)
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
