Axos Bank Overview Target Range: $18.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role. About This Job: Axos is seeking a Collector who will be responsible for determining reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains payment commitment while adhering to laws and regulations. Responsibilities Place routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services. Recognize calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly. Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account. Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular, one-on-one performance reviews to ensure performance and quality standards are being met. Ensure collection practices adhere to policies, regulations and standards.
