• Onboarding and Alignment: Guide new associates through a comprehensive integration process, providing strategic onboarding support and performance framework training.
• Global Collaboration: Participate in high-level strategy sessions multiple times weekly with an international community of experts to sharpen your message.

• Professional Pedigree: Significant experience at a senior manager, director, or executive level within People and Culture, HR, L&D, or corporate leadership.
