Digital And Print Admin

The Digital and Print Admin is to ensure St. Luke's communications are accurate, consistent, timely, and accessible, helping equip families and individuals to live and love like Jesus. This role supports the church's connection with its congregation and community by producing high-quality print and digital communications, maintaining current and user-friendly website and app content, and providing thoughtful graphic design and production support.

Through strong attention to detail and reliable project administration, this position manages the day-to-day execution of print and digital materials, including weekly bulletins, event communications, inventory, invoices, and project costs. Working closely with the Communications and Media team, this role helps ensure every communication reflects the St. Luke's brand with excellence and that projects are completed accurately, on time, and with care.

Essential Duties

• Produce the weekly worship bulletin and other recurring bulletins and inserts (staff chapel, confirmation, and similar), proofreading all content for accuracy and distributing bulletins as needed.
• Design and produce graphics and programs.
• Maintain church app and website content, including adding pages and updating the event calendar (a user-friendly, form-fill level of access, distinct from the site's backend, which is maintained by the church's website vendor), and keep the Subsplash Events/Calendar, Prayer Calendar, and Top 10 current.
• Create slide decks and presentation materials for church events and services.
• Manage print inventory, including large-format printer ink, paper, and poster chargers; track invoices for print and production costs; and provide project cost reporting as needed.
• Design, produce, and print posters, signage, programs, and other printed materials using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator running the large-format printer to print whatever is designed applying brand standards and close attention to visual detail.
• Take on additional graphic design tasks assigned by the Central Services Team.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support Gethsemane campus communications coverage as availability allows, in coordination with the Central Services Lead.
• Participate in weekly Communications team meetings and monthly Central Services project planning meetings.
• Use Microsoft Teams and related tools to coordinate work and communicate across the Communications and Media team.
• Support cross-training between Communications and Media staff.
• Assist with project intake and through the Communications Request Center as it relates to print and digital production.
• Communicate weekly with worship leaders to coordinate bulletin

Requirements

• High school diploma or general GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field preferred.
• Preferred fields of study: Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2-4 years of related experience and/or training

Experience:

• Professional experience in print and digital production, graphic design, or communications, with hands-on proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with UX/website content management and project management strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of church or nonprofit communications environments preferred.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for both print and digital design
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills, with the ability to catch errors before materials are distributed
• Working knowledge of website/app content management and basic UX principles
• Proven experience in task and project management, with the ability to manage multiple print and digital projects at the same time
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, or the ability to learn them quickly
• Ability to manage administrative responsibilities such as inventory tracking, invoice processing, and cost reporting with accuracy

Additional Information:

This is an in-office, Monday through Friday, full-time position supporting the Communications and Media Central Services Team across all three St. Luke's campuses, in support of the church's 2026-2028 Strategic Plan (Pillar II: Build a Cohesive Multi-Campus Communications Strategy). The role combines hands-on design and production work with administrative ownership of print and digital processes, and reports directly to the Communications Brand Manager. This role serves as part of the Central Services Team supporting all three St. Luke's campuses, working in alignment with St. Luke's mission to equip people to live and love like Jesus.
