Role Overview Senior Associates play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. Working closely with our expert Search Partners & Principals, they build upon their existing skills, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to business development activities. Responsibilities Research & Writing: develop position specifications, create search strategies, conduct industry and client research, and build candidate pipelines. Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligence. Conduct in‑depth interviews, write assessments, and present candidates to clients. Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and keep the Consultant updated. Assist Consultants in preparing business‑development materials for prospective and current clients. Qualifications 4‑6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience. Undergraduate BA/BS degree required. Strong communication skills with proficiency in writing, articulating, and delivering information. Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates, influencing and fostering productive partnerships. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high‑quality results on time. Preferred Qualifications Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In‑House Talent Acquisition. Success managing multiple projects across teams. Experience targeting candidates and developing pitch materials. Ability to identify market trends, research effectively through various channels, and synthesize large volumes of information into insights. Experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors such as education, experience, and skills. The role includes discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility) and a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off, and 401(k) contribution.
