Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
• Take accurate orders and process them accordingly
• Serve items in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
