Pay: $25 / hour plus tips

Responsibilities:

• Taking and delivering drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Greeting and interacting with guests
• Recommending drinks or menu items based on preferences
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Monitoring alcohol consumption to comply with legal regulations
• Assisting with bar preparation, restocking supplies, and opening or closing tasks

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience as a server in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, with a passion for mixology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)

Physical Demands:

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
