Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS‑addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC‑6236), elironrasib (RMC‑6291), zoldonrasib (RMC‑9805), and RMC‑5127 are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. Opportunity Position requires about 10‑14 years of Statistical Programming experience with early‑ and late‑phase oncology clinical trials. You will provide programming support, oversight of statistical programming resources, and technical guidance during regulatory submissions, ensuring conformance to CDISC standards and submission guidelines. The role may involve leading an early or late‑phase study or program. Provide technical oversight of statistical programming resources including contractors and CROs. Mentor future leaders to help them learn and execute on RevMed core values. Ensure quality and timely delivery of analysis for statistical programming deliverables. Provide solutions by analyzing issues and problems in complex situations. Ensure accuracy of clinical trial results for internal and external audiences via QC of documents with clinical data. Ensure the statistical programming process conforms to SOPs and regulatory standards. Manage timeline and vendor delivery for deliverables, including regulatory submissions and compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP. Support programming for deliverables such as Dose Committee meetings, Investigator Brochures, publications, and regulatory submissions. Demonstrate proficiency in regulatory standards and compliance regulations including CDISC (SDTM, ADaM, define.xml, Reviewer’s Guides, etc.). Required Skills, Experience and Education 10‑14 years of Statistical Programming experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. BS/BA degree or other suitable qualification relevant to the field. Direct statistical programming experience for early or late‑phase clinical trials to support production/verification of analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures. Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, prioritize options, anticipate challenges, and execute goals as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Preferred Skills Experience with early‑ or late‑stage oncology clinical trials. A demonstrable record of strong leadership and teamwork. The base pay salary range for this full‑time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is $164,000 - $205,000 USD. Base pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
