Our client is an AM LAW 200 firm seeking two qualified Attorneys with experience in Trusts & Estates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience focused on drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, estate and trust administration. Preference will be given to candidates with an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning. Candidates should be barred in Florida or willing to take the Florida Bar. The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, meticulous drafting ability, and client development potential. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality and an empathetic demeanor, as well as a personal presence that inspires the confidence of sophisticated clients.
