Position Overview

The firm is seeking a litigation attorney who is motivated, team-oriented, and eager to broaden their exposure across several litigation practice areas. The role offers the chance to work directly with experienced trial attorneys, contribute to strategic case development, and gain courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle depositions, trial preparation, hearings, and appeals.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-value cases.
• Engage with clients regularly and assist in managing litigation strategy.
• Contribute to a range of cases involving commercial, construction, land use, employment, and other areas of dispute.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with exposure to commercial or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work well independently or as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to learn and grow in diverse litigation areas.
