Vice President of Analytics

Leading the measurement strategy for integrated communications programs, the full-time Vice President of Analytics will manage analytics initiatives across various channels, partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, and translate data into strategic recommendations for clients in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Lead measurement strategy for communications programs across multiple channels, including earned and social media Collaborate with various teams to establish KPIs, reporting approaches, and measurement plans aligned with business objectives Oversee analytics workstreams from data collection to client delivery, ensuring quality control and effective reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, data analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in analytics, research, or communications strategy within an agency or healthcare communications environment Strong understanding of earned media analysis, social listening, and integrated campaign reporting Experience developing dashboards, measurement frameworks, and executive presentations Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
