Change Enablement Partner

Agilent seeks a Change Enablement Partner to lead large-scale organizational people transformations across global operations. The role focuses on embedding behavioral change, building manager capability, and sustaining adoption of culture and workforce initiatives through direct stakeholder engagement and targeted interventions.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management for organizational design, workforce transformation, and culture initiatives
- Develop and execute talent-focused change strategies, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Coach senior leaders and managers to sponsor and drive adoption of new ways of working
- Track adoption metrics and behavioral change; identify resistance and implement targeted interventions
- Partner with HR, executives, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into sustained capability change
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change in complex environments
- Background in HR, People Transformation, OD, or enterprise change management
- Strong senior-leader influencing capability and executive credibility
- Experience applying structured change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Demonstrated success embedding and sustaining change beyond plan delivery
- Global agility and cultural intelligence to adapt across regions and time zones
Compensation: $143,760–$224,625/yr USD (US); $112,418–$175,654/yr CAD (Canada), plus bonus, stock, and benefits
