Gunster is seeking a full-time Corporate Paralegal in its West Palm Beach office. The role focuses on formation, qualification, conversion, and dissolution of business entities, and drafting governance and tax documents. You will also prepare fictitious name registrations, Florida tax registrations, and municipal/license filings. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant law firm experience; Florida Registered Paralegal certification is preferred, with added value for international #J-18808-Ljbffr Gunster
