Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director in Scottsdale to lead the community’s day-to-day physical plant operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major appliances. You will supervise the maintenance and housekeeping staff, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards across the property.
