CRE Closing Specialist: Debt and Equity

Bellwether, a global advisory firm, is seeking a Closing Team Associate to support the execution of debt and equity investments in CRE. The role works with underwriting, legal, asset management, treasury, and external consultants to complete due diligence and close transactions. You will manage the closing process end-to-end, coordinate third-party reports, lead post‑closing transitions, and ensure accurate documentation and financial tracking. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bellwether
