Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the unique circumstances of each family.

• Monitor and oversee the progress of clients in accordance with their treatment plans, providing ongoing evaluations and adjustments as needed.

• Engage regularly with families to offer support, education, and evidence-based strategies that enhance the child's growth and development.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and team members to create a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to healing and recovery.

• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations governing mental health practices.
\n
• Utilize the coaching paradigm and apply methodologies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices while engaging clients in the community.

• Safeguard the health and welfare of all clients and staff by following established safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Interior Anxiety Mental Care, Inc., you will serve a diverse clientele in a detox environment, focusing on children and families coping with mental health challenges. Your work will emphasize early intervention strategies, providing essential support for infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By closely collaborating with families, you will facilitate workshops and hands-on activities to empower caregivers and support healthy development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure by the Department of Public Health, with current LCSW designation.
