Job Title: Cable Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cable Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform cable cutting duties, collaborate with the assembly and stock room teams, and handle material transactions within the ERP system.

• Perform cable cutting responsibilities to required lengths for specific jobs.
• Collaborate with assembly and stock room teams to pull necessary materials.
• Note material transactions within the ERP system for accurate tracking.
• Operate a table saw and perform cycle counts on required materials.

• Experience with cable assembly and material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in using a table saw.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in production, forklift operation, hand tool usage, and saw operation.

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures.
• Capability to work from product drawings, blueprints, and follow written and verbal instructions.

The position operates from 7am to 3:30pm. You will work closely with a small team of 3-4 people.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peabody, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
