The strategy spans multiple fund structures—including limited partnerships, SEC registered funds, parallel funds, separately managed accounts, and structured vehicles such as CLOs—and continues to evolve in response to growing transaction flow and investor demand.The Fund Operations Analyst will play a high‑impact role supporting the execution and ongoing oversight of complex fund structures. The role spans financial, performance, and investor reporting, while also contributing to the operational readiness of new investment vehicles. This position offers broad exposure to fund operations and product development, with close collaboration across investment, legal, compliance, and finance teams in Chicago, Newark, and Ireland.What you can expectPrepare financial statements and performance returns for Direct Lending investors, including intricate incentive fee and management fee calculationsAssist in the preparation and review of investor communications, including capital activity calculations and quarterly reportingMaintain accurate performance metrics that will be presented to PGIM leadership for regular reporting and analysis updatesProactively organize, manage, and settle the funds’ expense invoicesEffectively manage monthly deliverables across various internal and external teamsProactively manage and complete ad hoc initiatives and projectsSupport Investor Relations during fundraising and new product explorationCommunicate with investment companies, fund managers, service providers, and investorsJoin a global operations team by working with staff located in Chicago, Newark, and IrelandWhat you will bring2+ years of accounting, audit, tax, fund administration, or operations experience in financial servicesProven experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelinesPrevious exposure with Wall Street Office or Investran is a plusPrevious exposure with Direct Lending and private credit funds is a plusStrong presentation, written communication and interpersonal skills with exposure to all levels of managementSuperior analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail are crucialEnergetic person who brings positivity, geniality and optimism to workCritical thinking and problem-solving experience requiredPGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement. The salary range for this role is from $90,000 to $105,000.
