Fiber Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to lead fiber-based infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting client and organizational expectations.

Responsibilitie

• sDefine project objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and client goal
• sDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocatio
• nManage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standard
• sCoordinate project schedules and lead regular project meetings to track progress and address issue
• sPartner with project coordinators to drive execution, maintain momentum, and provide timely update
• sSelect, lead, and support cross-functional project team
• sNegotiate with contractors and vendors for materials and service
• sMonitor project performance, ensuring milestones are completed on time and within budge
• tIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overrun
• sResolve technical and operational issues as they aris
• eEnsure all project phases are thoroughly documented and compliant with internal standard
• sProvide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and client
