Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who consistently demonstrate:

• Strong attendance and reliability You follow your schedule, communicate proactively, and maintain dependable availability.

• Independent thinking and problem-solving You navigate day-to-day decisions confidently and manage your workflow with minimal oversight.

• Timely documentation & strong queue management Documentation is completed within standards, and your queue stays current and well-managed.

• Excellent communication skills You communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with patients, families, and your team.

Weekend Requirement

This 90% role includes participation in the weekend day rotation.
