This position offers a remote work setting while being closely integrated into our outpatient office practices. As an LMFT with Bright Path, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure our clients receive holistic care. Our remote work model allows for flexibility and enables you to reach clients who may struggle with access to in-person services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to accurately identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Create personalized therapy programs tailored to the unique issues, goals, and backgrounds of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus of $3,000 .
