The Project Manager Project Coordinator supports construction projects by coordinating tasks, tracking risks, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and monitoring budgets. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working within a team led by the Manager of Project Coordinators, this role helps keep projects organized, informed, and on track.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project tasks and activities for construction projects.
- Track project risks and support timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Monitor project budgets and track costs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination.
- Associate degree with relevant project coordination experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with budget tracking and status reporting.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Experience with curtainwall, glass, or glazing projects.
