Planning Associate

Responsibilities for a Planning Associate include but are not limited to:

• Enter requisitions into Oracle ERP system and create work orders based on planner requirements
• Release first, second, and third level work orders as instructed to support production planning needs
• Run, format, and distribute key operational reports including Buy List, Backlog Report, Aged Work Orders, and Booking Reports
• Maintain and update reporting tools including Excel-based reports, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Power BI dashboards
• Support planners and master scheduler with administrative and analytical tasks and attend meetings as required

Candidates for Planning Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred) in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
