At Paul Davis Restoration, we're looking for a motivated professional with a sales mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning challenging situations into positive customer experiences. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field meeting with homeowners, business owners, and property managers after fire, water, and storm damage, helping them understand the restoration process and confidently move forward with Paul Davis.

What You'll Do As an Emergency Response Specialist, you'll be one of the first Paul Davis team members customers meet after a property loss. Your responsibilities include:

• Respond to fire, water, and storm damage losses
• Meet with homeowners, business owners, tenants, and property managers on-site
• Assess customer needs and explain Paul Davis restoration services
• Guide customers through the next steps following a property loss
• Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience during stressful situations
• Identify restoration opportunities and help customers confidently choose Paul Davis
• Support Emergency Response Coordinators on larger losses
• Independently respond to smaller losses from initial contact through project handoff
• Represent Paul Davis professionally within the community
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, consultative selling, or customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build trust and influence customer decisions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using CRM software and technology
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
