As Vice President, Leidos Energy CFO, you will serve as the senior F&BO executive for a ~$1.3B business with ambitions to exceed $2B in the next few years. We are seeking an enterprise business leader who happens to bring exceptional financial and operational depth. The VP, Leidos Energy CFO will lead financial planning and analysis, business operations, performance management, strategic planning, pricing oversight and strategy, and the cash management function, while modernizing the F&BO operating model through advanced analytics, automation, and responsible adoption of AI to improve forecast accuracy, management insight, decision speed, and organizational productivity.The ideal candidate is a business-minded leader with strong financial acumen, operational instincts, executive presence, and a proven ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization. They must be able to translate data into insight, insight into action, and action into results.Reporting Relationship: The VP serves as a core member of the Energy Leadership Team and principal business partner to the Energy Business Area SVP, with direct reporting to the Homeland Sector CFO.
