Position Summary The Senior Account Manager will manage assigned projects as a member of the account team to serve clients’ needs in a responsive, efficient, and accurate manner. They will manage details, status reports, project openings, and ensure projects are executed on time and on budget while encouraging client confidence in agency performance. Responsibilities Manage assigned projects, proactively bring work forward and identify smoother workflows. Capable of managing more complex projects with moderate direction. Alert manager to any issues or potential risks. Ensure teams are synchronized and equipped to move forward. Build presentations, briefs, and status reports as needed. Coordinate with project management, production, creative, media, and public relations to track project status. Handle hospitality needs for in‑person client meetings, including dietary and special requests. Build relationships with appropriate levels within the client organization. Manage external routing. Perform other related duties as required. Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an agency or marketing role. Strong organization and detail orientation skills. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, seeking new opportunities for clients and the team. Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments. Financial analysis aptitude, quality orientation, and keen awareness of industry trends. Comfortable with AI tools to drive smart, efficient solutions. Willingness to travel as required by clients and the agency. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000. Employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
