Accounts Receivable & Billing SpecialistWe are partnering with a growing organization in the St. Paul area seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on AR experience who enjoys owning the billing and cash application process while working in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounts receivable and billing activitiesPrepare and process customer invoices accurately and timelyApply and post customer payments and cash receiptsResearch and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and account issuesMaintain accurate customer account records and aging informationAssist with account reconciliations and AR-related month-end activitiesCommunicate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment questionsSupport reporting, process improvements, and other accounting projects as neededQualificationsPrevious experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash applications, or a similar accounting roleStrong attention to detail and ability to research and resolve discrepanciesComfortable working with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
