We are looking for a motivated, energetic person that wants a career not just a job. We work with, and supply, many high-profile customers, so a desire to be the best you can be is important. Our growing company is a top supplier of fasteners to several Fortune 500 companies.

As a member of the Business Development team, you will:

• Represent the company to customers and prospects.
• Build relationships with customers and prospects to grow their business.
• Introduce new products and services to prospects and customers.
• Prospect for new accounts.
• Attend sales meetings, and other company meetings as requested; may attend industry, trade, shows, and conventions.
• Forward information on competitors’ activities, new products, and possible sales leads to the manager
• Consistently strive to improve my selling skills and knowledge.
• Submit call reports via report or CRM software.

Must Haves:

• MRO sales background
• Self-starter
• Great communicator
• Easily build rapport and trust
• Microsoft Office
• Presentation skills
• Overnight travel 10%
