Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the steward of the McClung-Logan brand, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
• Partner with senior leadership, sales, and product support teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals, supported by clear performance metrics
• Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
• Support annual budget planning and manage spend throughout the year
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, continuously optimizing for performance and ROI
• Lead SEO and PPC initiatives to expand online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversion performance
• Oversee website strategy, development, and ongoing optimization to enhance user experience and conversion
• Support the ownership and enhancement of the CRM program, including user adoption, training, and system improvements
• Own and continuously improve the company's customer portal, driving adoption, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring it delivers measurable value for both customers and the business
• Manage social media and email marketing programs with engaging, targeted content, using performance insights to refine strategy
• Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen relationships and brand presence, evaluating effectiveness and impact
• Oversee branded merchandise, promotional materials, and inventory
• Manage customer satisfaction initiatives and deliver actionable reporting and insights to leadership
• Develop presentations and reports that inform strategic decisions and highlight marketing performance
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners to maximize efficiency and results
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer marketing requirements and co-op programs

Skills & Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (MBA a plus)
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs with a focus on ROI
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in:

• Graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar programs
• SEO and PPC platforms
• CRM systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-starter with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution

• Ability to pass a background check and post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds on occasion
• This position will be based in our Richmond, VA office
