Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience and keeping our practice running smoothly. We are a specialty endodontic practice focused on providing high-quality root canal care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Fridays no nights or weekends 7:30 am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of Dental Receptionist experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $22-$25 per hour.
