Partner Solutions Manager

Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of distributed energy partners, the full-time Partner Solutions Manager will ensure the health of EnergyHub's partner ecosystem while coordinating with various internal teams and identifying new partnership opportunities in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and relationships with DER partners, addressing technical and operational issues as they arise Utilize project management software to manage partner-related work streams and ensure alignment with business objectives Identify and onboard new partners, including negotiating contracts and facilitating technical integration Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four to six years of experience in project management, consulting, or partnerships Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both business and technical personnel Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects Exceptional analytical skills for identifying trends and insights from data Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing terms with technology partners
