Assess patients in either an inpatient or outpatient context and craft personalized treatment strategies

Deliver physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

Inform patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises

Maintain documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress while adhering to facility protocols and regulations

Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to promote cohesive care delivery

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred

Previous experience in the field is strongly preferred
