Customer Success & Order Coordinator

Acosta Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support customer service functions across assigned lines and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish. In this role you will professionally receive and resolve order issues, update orders and pricing in internal systems, monitor dashboards, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
