About the Role
The Company is seeking a President, Regional Leader to take on a pivotal executive role with full responsibility for the business across the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the regional growth strategy in alignment with global objectives, leading the commercial organization, and driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. This includes identifying market opportunities, increasing market share, and contributing to global product and go-to-market strategy. The role also involves operational and financial ownership, with a focus on P&L management, and the development of a high-performing leadership team.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in industrial automation, sensor technology, or related technical industries, with a proven track record of leading and scaling solution-based businesses. Strong commercial acumen, experience in P&L management, and the ability to operate in international and matrixed organizations are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic, growth-oriented mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a direct, transparent leadership style. They should be adept at influencing at the executive level, and demonstrate high accountability with a consistent track record of delivering results.
