Fire Sprinkler Service Manager

Job Description Insight Global is lookinf for a Service Manager to lead a Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Service Department, overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees, including service coordinators and field technicians. This individual will be responsible for driving the overall performance and efficiency of the department by managing technician productivity, ensuring service calls, inspections, and compliance documentation are completed accurately and on time, and coordinating required submissions to local authorities and inspectors. They will also support technician training and development, assist with resolving escalated service issues, and ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service. This highly visible leadership role is primarily office-based with occasional field support and requires strong operational management, organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
