If you are a dynamic individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment and helping to change people's lives, then we are the company you have been searching for!EmployBridge is a place where your career and passion come together.Your OpportunityBranch operations, management, and working closely with sales representativeDesigns and deploys resources to drive performance and service to all customers within the marketDevelops deep knowledge of your assigned geographic markets and becomes the go-to source for all information relating to local trends and market dynamics for internal and external partnersCommunicates and coordinates the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance (Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources, Legal, etc)Owns the financial management of branch operations (budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L review, credit, and collections, etc.)Promotes brand awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvementDevelops and implements an effective recruiting plan to ensure the availability of associates to meet current and anticipated hiring needsAnalyzes and uses operational information and data to generate positive actions and results to drive improvement plans related to order fulfillment, recruiting, safety, and associate and client retentionEnsures client satisfaction by monitoring current activity, adjusting plans or services as needed, making regular in-person visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional client needs, while seeking opportunities to grow the businessLeads resolution of difficult/escalated issues through effective negotiation tacticsHiring, training, coaching and team developmentAssigns goals and drives accountability to develop a fully operational and qualified teamPromotes colleague retention and growthYour AttributesMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience with strong emphasis on management and operationsStaffing experience preferred, but not requiredExperience with recruitment, customer service, and leading teamsComfort with using operational software, Microsoft Office products, and basic data management tools for analysisAbility to work in a fast paced environment and manage changeEffective at motivating team members to achieve performance targetsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively across all platformsDesire to lead and make solid business decisionsProvide results-oriented solutions for branch needsThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the jobMVR Requirements:Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.Employbridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential!
