Step into a day on the floor

It’s 7:00 a.m. in Columbia, MO. You power up your forklift, complete a pre-shift inspection, and note a small issue to your supervisor—then you’re off, moving materials safely and efficiently. Throughout the shift, you follow OSHA protocols, stage and transport product, and coordinate with teammates to keep orders flowing. You help keep aisles clear and the warehouse organized, and when priorities shift, you jump in wherever needed. By day’s end, you’ve met production goals and left a clean, well-organized workspace behind.

• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to safely move, load, and unload materials and finished goods
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
• Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA regulations during every task
• Work closely with team members to fulfill orders and hit production targets
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with general warehouse upkeep
• Other tasks as assigned

• 1+ year of experience as a forklift operator or in a similar material-handling role
• Valid forklift certification or license
• Solid understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
