Senior Level Machinist

We don't just manufacture parts; we deliver precision engineering where failure is not an option. Our shop tackles complex, high tolerance projects that demand exceptional craft, speed, and creative problem solving. We are looking for an elite, fully certified Machinist who takes absolute pride in their work, operates with full autonomy, and drives outstanding business results for the shop floor and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup & Operation Perform complex, tight tolerances setups and operations across all machine tool types - including multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, manual machinery, and specialized tooling.
Troubleshooting Diagnose and solve matching issues in real time.
Process Enhancement Continuously refine speeds, feeds, tool paths, and fixturing to maximize throughout, minimize scrap, and lower cycle times.
Mentorship & Quality Standards Serve as an informal technical guide for junior operators, maintaining high standards for shop safety, machine maintenance, and clean setup practices.
