Food Plant Sanitation Technician — Flexible Shifts

Peterson-Farms, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time Sanitor to clean and sanitize machinery, utensils, and equipment used in food processing. You will perform daily cleaning using CIP/COP methods, operate valves, and prepare sanitizers according to GMP and Food Safety guidelines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can read written instructions, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekends.
