Responsibilities Salon Assistant Manager provide a full range of hair care services offered by their salon. Our Salon Assistant Manager build clientele quickly and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services. Salon Assistant Manager is responsible for recruiting and fully staffing their salons. A current state cosmetology or barber license is required for this position or you must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
