Required Skills:

• State medical license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Active PA DEA certification
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) through ABO+G
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME or AOA residency in OB/GYN
• Fellowship training in MFM accredited by ACGME or AOA
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ability to handle high-risk pregnancies with professionalism and precision
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a Level 3A NICU environment
• Familiarity with Epic EMR systems
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, midwives, and support staff
• Advanced skills in fetal ultrasound and diagnostic procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine or a similar high-risk obstetrics setting
• Prior experience working in busy multi-specialty practices or hospital-based settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 15 minutes
• Must participate in provider credentialing and onboarding processes, including background checks and licensing verification
• Commitment to providing top-tier care without weekend requirements and supporting hospital deliveries with an average of 5 per week
