Caregiver – Flexible Schedules & Competitive Pay

Pay: $18–$21/hour + $3/hour Weekend Differential
Weekend Pay: Up to $24/hour
Location: Lindstrom, Center City, Chisago City & Surrounding Areas

About the Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring dependable and compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and adults throughout the Lindstrom area.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• Assist with mobility and daily activities

• Provide medication reminders

• Drive clients to appointments and errands

• Help clients maintain independence and safety at home

Education & Career Advancement

Comfort Keepers is pleased to offer eligible direct-care employees access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS

Employee Scholarship Program .

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training , supporting career advancement in home and community-based care.

To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

• Dependable and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required

• CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or DSS experience is a plus
