About the Role

Comfort Keepers is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to seniors and adults in the White Bear Lake area.

What You'll Do

Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance based on each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care

• Preparing meals and helping with household tasks

• Providing companionship and social interaction

• Assisting with mobility and maintaining a safe environment

• Providing medication reminders

• Driving clients to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Supporting clients with daily routines and activities that promote independence

Scholarship Support for Career Growth

Comfort Keepers is pleased to offer eligible direct-care employees access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program .

Eligible team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training , providing an opportunity to build skills and advance within the home and community-based care field.

Employees must work in a direct-care position for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow client care plans

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, healthcare, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or DSS is a plus but not required
