Administrative Assistant

Description: As a primary contact for the organization, the Administrative Assistant & CSR role is responsible for supporting daily business operations through various administrative and customer support functions. Duties of the Administrative Assistant and & CSR role include: Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff or department. Greet and assist customer, visitors, vendors and other guests in a professional manner. Perform daily opening and closing procedures. Assist other departments with support functions and special projects as needed. Perform customer service representative duties as needed, including responding to customer questions and resolving routine inquiries. Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Additional qualifications of the position include: Ability to conduct multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment while maintaining composure. Ability to analyze problems, identify workable solutions, and select the appropriate course of action in an unbiased manner. Superior organizational skills. Advanced customer relationship skills. Strong math and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate with peers and management in a professional manner.
