What You'll Do:

• Float to medical care, post-surgical, and intermediate care units as needed
• Apply the nursing process to patient care, within the Oregon State Board of Nursing scope
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments
• Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Respond effectively to crises and emergency situations
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility to adapt to changing patient/unit needs

What You Need:

• Current RN license for Oregon
• Ability to float across different units as required
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
