Job Summary and Qualifications

As Leadership and Organizational Development Coordinator you support deployment of programs and services across leadership and organizational development (L&OD) service areas, in addition to support of strategic initiatives and projects. This role performs administrative duties in support of the development/deployment of leadership programs and organizational design projects, including systems administration.

What you will do in this role:

• Activities related to program delivery which may include: posting information on training programs, coordinating schedules, reserving classroom space, enrolling participants, tracking participating, & administering surveys.
• Supports Community of Excellence (COE) reporting and tracking for invoicing, billing and budget planning cycles.
• Reports on group level training delivery and tracking against key metrics.
• Coordinates and supports events requiring hotel contracts, venue reservations, and group activities.
• Curates and develops agenda for staff meetings, prepare PowerPoint Presentations, scheduling virtual WebEx meetings, connected classroom, and other communication technology.

What you should have for this role:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• You must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in relevant work
